In the Fall of 2019 I was taking a Typography class and a Psychology class simultaneously at UF. I was so intrigued by the concepts that I was learning about in my psychology class that I made a self branding project based on it. In this project, I made two zines and the cover of a potential third one. I also created the logo and a brand name "coolshadow." I researched and explored concepts of identity and connection in this project through sources in my psychology class as well as online resources. I experimented with illustration and typography as I designed these zines to make them both visually and intellectually intriguing.
